This look brings about a weird nostalgia. I'm not sure what it is about it. Maybe it's the classic white tank top or the bandanna used as a neck accessory, but I feel like I need to be whisked away to the 1950's. An open top convertible, wind blowing through the fro, would be the perfect place to show off this look.





I think as a fashion blogger sometimes we think our outfit must have a lot of "look" or be incredibly fancy when sometimes all we need are the things we wear everyday. Not the looks we throw up as #OOTDs, claiming we ran errands all day in 5 inch heels and skin tight pants, the real ones we wear on days we don't take pictures. I have set a goal for myself to not spend any money on new clothes until I've effectively styled all the ones I already own. Forcing creativity and self restraint.

     This weekend I got to spend a fun day with my boyfriend at the Botanical Gardens. The weather was beyond perfect and this denim dress from Missguided was the perfect companion. It gave me just enough protection from the slightly chilly wind without being too hot.





     I love styling denim all year round but think it perfect for spring. What is your favorite way to wear denim in spring?

     With a new season comes new essentials and must haves. Spring has to be my favorite season because its the perfect weather to be outdoors. Slightly layered outfits and bare legs are on trend and my spirit just feels lighter as the spring season rolls around. A black moto jacket might not be the first thing you think you when you think spring but that's about to change! A black moto can be taken from your fall wardrobe and easy added into your spring essentials with the right styling and a little creativity.





     Don't worry about looking to girly when styling your black moto jacket with a floral piece. Paired with a black moto floral pieces automatically look edgy. No need to go prancing around in a field of flowers, unless that's your thing of course! Ring in the spring season with same sass and look ready to kick some ass!
